Swiftract ("Swiftract", "we", "us") provides AI document processing software. This page explains what information we collect when you use swiftract.com or the Swiftract application, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact information you give us directly — name, email, company, and phone number, such as when you request a demo, sign up for an account, or contact support.
• Account and usage data — your organization's workflows, uploaded documents, and extraction results, stored so the product can function and so you can review your own history.
• Billing information, processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe) — Swiftract does not store your card number.

How we use it

• To provide, operate, and improve the Swiftract product.
• To respond to demo requests and support questions.
• To send account and billing notices related to your use of the service.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Document data

Documents you upload are processed to extract and validate the fields you request. Access to your organization's data is restricted to your organization by design (row-level security), and is never used to train models on your behalf without your consent.
