What counts as one document

One document covers up to 5 pages. A longer file counts as more than one — a 100-page packet is real work, and pricing it as a single document would mean charging everyone else for it.

Your fileCounts asCost
1-page invoice1 document$0.99
4-page packing list1 document$0.99
8-page shipment file2 documents$1.98
22-page packet5 documents$4.95
Photo or scan (JPG, PNG)1 document$0.99

The maths: pages ÷ 5, rounded up. Never less than one.

The questions you would only find out on your first invoice

What if processing fails?

You are not charged. If Swiftract cannot process a file, that run costs you nothing.

What if a document needs review?

It is charged as normal. Swiftract read the file, checked it and flagged what needs your eyes — that is the work you are paying for, and it is the part that catches the expensive mistakes.

What if I run the same document again?

Free. Re-running an extraction on a document you already processed is never charged twice, no matter how many times you do it.

What if a file is unreadable or password-protected?

It counts as a single document, regardless of length. If we cannot read it well enough to count its pages, we do not charge you for pages we never saw.

What happens when my free documents run out?

Processing pauses and we ask for a card. Nothing is charged before that, and nothing is charged without you adding a payment method. If a file crosses the line — say you have 1 free document left and upload a 22-page packet — you are only charged for the part beyond your free allowance, and the file still finishes.

When am I actually charged?

Once a month, at the end of your billing period, for what you processed during it. There is no charge up front, no monthly fee and no minimum. A month where you process nothing costs $0.00.

Can I see what I am being charged for?

Yes. Your billing page shows documents processed, how many were free, and your running estimate for this month. Each document records how many pages it had, so any line on your invoice can be traced back to a specific file.

What if my card fails?

Your work keeps processing while the payment is retried, and we tell you on the billing page. We do not lock you out over an expired card.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from your billing page — it opens Stripe’s portal, where you can also update your card and download past invoices. No phone call, no notice period. You are billed for what you already processed and nothing further.

Do you charge for storage, users or workflows?

No. Team members, workflows, batches, exports, PDF reports and the review queue are all included. The only thing that costs money is a document being processed.

Processing a lot of documents?

Volume pricing is available above a few hundred documents a month. Write to carlos@camarenagroupllc.com and we will quote you.

What about taxes?

Sales tax is added where it applies, based on your billing address, and shown on the invoice before it is charged.
